First snow!!

So yay for us - we woke up to our first snow today!!!! The sound of men working hard to shovel the sidewalks and the blinding whiteness of Win... I mean, Fall, greeted us with open arms! So as Josh hopped in the shower, I set out to find an ice scraper.


Thankfully, our apartment is nice and cozy, so we were oblivious to the frigid weather overnight... :0)


Last weekend we took a drive up Cheyenne Mountain and found some beautiful spots to pull over and play at. It was warm enough that afternoon to stay out a while. Noa had been feeling way too cooped up in the last few days, so we thought she'd enjoy the fresh air. I was worried about her bouncing around in her car seat while we drove through some of the bumpier mountain roads, but to our surprise, she fell asleep and took a nice long nap (unheard of lately!) in the car! It was so bumpy at times that I had to hold her head still while she slept. Didn't faze her, though - I guess things have not only been a little too quiet, but also a little too "still" at home!!
