It has been eight weeks since Bryn joined us and we're finally getting our feet under us again. Even though I've complained about sleepless nights and big-girl tantrums, it has still been an easier transition from one to two children, than from zero to one. It certainly helps that Bryn's disposition allows her to sleep long stretches at night and typically have calm and uneventful days. It helps ALOT. It also helps to see the girls get along like two peas in a pod! Noa Cate loves Bryn immensely, and sometimes I struggle to teach her how to show 'gentle' affection. Daily, I sigh at myself and hope that Noa will get through this phase without emotional scarring from her mother's anxieties!
